Pata Negra is a bustling, Spanish tapas & wine bar in the heart of Bristol’s Old City.
Literally meaning, ‘Black Hoof’ the name, Pata Negra, refers to the finest Jamon Iberico, produced from free range Black Iberian pigs, fed on acorns (Bellota), and cured for 36 months. Needless to say, cured meats are a particular focus for us.
You’ll also find a regularly changing menu of seasonal tapas dishes, fresh seafood, vegetarian dishes & a short but sweet dessert menu. All our menus are samples as our menus change with the seasons.
